Explore More

“Exploration is really the essence of the human spirit.” as Frank Borman once said. And I couldn’t agree more. To explore is a verb that touches all aspects of our lives – whether it is a relationship, a job or a destination we set out to explore. Exploration always carries that certain bit of the unknown but is so full of potential at the same time. To me personally, the word “explore” has always been linked with traveling. But sometimes I forget that feeling “at home” in a certain place doesn’t mean there is nothing left to explore. I travel a lot for work, even after 10 years of living in Vienna, the city still makes my heart skip a beat. That’s why I feel like I need to explore more. More of the world, but also more of my home.

Inspired by the current “Passport Stories” pop-up shop with modern travel essentials at Peek & Cloppenburg, I curated a personal wishlist of things that make me want to explore more. That carry special memories. Or make living out of a suitcase a bit easier. Both, at home and on the go. The best part? The pop-up concept explores an incredible mix of world-known brands like Byredo (love Mojave Ghost) as well as local labels such as Majavia with customizable passport holders, luggage tags and cosmetic pouches. Also a major travel must-have is a steamer by Steamery! I splurged on my first portable steamer this Summer and now I can’t live without it anymore…
