Hands up, if you have heard of skin supplements! Food for your face, so to say. When people speak of inner beauty, usually they mean the kind of beauty that will make you radiate with kindness, empathy, self-confidence and all the other amazing things.
When it comes to my bathroom shelf, I do not mess around. If you have any sort of skin issues, whether dry, sensitive or acne prone, you are probably the same.
