What is it really like to do the Cure at VIVAMAYR, you ask? Well, let me start by saying this: it is hard to put into words.
With a new mindset in regards to digestion and gut health, I have currently been busy browsing all sorts of cookbooks in search for recipes that are not only delicious and nourishing, but also bring healing properties and ingredients to the table.
There is a certain kind of (healthy) magic that comes with a week-long stay at VIVAMAYR. One that can not be put into words but rather appears in the forms better sleep, a healthy glow, a happy gut and a boost of energy.
A small outdoor space does not necessarily mean less options when it comes to fun in the sun. As far as our apartment goes, we are very much spoiled with two separate terraces.
There might be some differing opinions when it comes to fennel. While I love it so much that I am borderline obsessed, I know others that can not get a single bite down.
While we have an endless love for our apartment, there are certain corners that are like a favorite child (not that I would ever have favorites with children).
2019 was not my favorite year. But it was one of the most important ones so far. It was a year of change, endless learnings, self-reflecting and set-backs that turned into relief.

Well, not yet – but hopefully some time soon. We are coming up on the one-year-anniversary of living in the “new”
