I know a lot of you are interested in my diet and fitness. I receive emails asking about staying healthy on an almost daily basis.
Guess what? I’ve been tea-toxing! I haven’t posted about it on Facebook or Instagram (@vickyheiler) because I didn’t want to hype the whole thing, and also because I wanted to take some time to test it before writing about it.
As you guys know, I have a few beauty products that I am literally addicted to, including my beloved Kiehl’s bb cream, MACs studio fix skin finish and the “pink leopard”
Since the last fitness/health related post seemed to catch a lot of your guys’ attention, I wanted to give you a quick update.
The challenge is simple and goes like this: “No carbs for dinner, but plenty of water all day!”. New month, new goals.
While I do workout less than I used to (because for some reason 24 hours in a day just aren’t enough lately), I still try to go to the gym at least 2-3x per week.
It has been quite some time since my last fitness post. The main reason for that is that I simply don’t work out as frequently anymore and it feels wrong to me to give you guys tipps on how to stay active, while I am kind of struggling with it myself.
