A small outdoor space does not necessarily mean less options when it comes to fun in the sun. As far as our apartment goes, we are very much spoiled with two separate terraces.
While we have an endless love for our apartment, there are certain corners that are like a favorite child (not that I would ever have favorites with children).
Summer is over. That’s a (sad) fact. And even though we will spend our free time wrapped in blankets on the sofa, rather than lounging on the outdoor deck for the next four or five months, our new lounge –

Who knew it could take almost a year to furnish an apartment? I definitely underestimated the amount of time that has gone into making our home look the way I had imagined.
This would be a great blogpost to quote Britney’s famous lyrics “Oops, I did it again…”. With “it” being the fact that I spent way too much money on handmade ceramics.
Generally speaking, hotel beds are pure bliss. Am I right? Especially the ones at the Shangri-La in Vancouver (but more on that in the next post).
Aside from the fact that I spend every free minute of my time researching interior design ideas, home accessories and furniture for our new apartment, it is also the category that I currently spend most of my money on.
