During our fitness retreat on Mallorca back in May, we had Svjetlana, a personal trainer, with us all week. Aside from the fact that she is one of the sweetest and funnies ladies I have ever met, she also took so much time to sit down with all of us individually to talk about nutrition and fitness.
For the past few weeks, I have been working out 4-5 times per week (mostly to keep up with all of the BBQ parties and ice cream I’ve also been having…).
It has been almost exactly 1 year since my last post about how I edit my Instagram photos, so it is time for an update.
Needless to say, it’s been a bit quiet here on the blog since last week. It has been an incredibly busy week and I feel like the only time I have spent online is to try to catch up on emails some time in the middle of the night.
While I would love to pretend that my incredible basketball skills are the reason I ended up on a basketball court to shoot today’s sporty look, I have to admit that I was usually amongst the first to strike out when we played h.o.r.s.e.
In terms of food, Barcelona definitely has a lot to offer. Aside from the obligatory tapas and paella, there are also plenty of stylish supper clubs and some amazing places to brunch.
Summer is my thing. I love the sun, I love the warm weather and I love being outside. Nothing beats a weekend spent on our deck (= my happy place) with friends, good music, casual BBQs, lots of positive vibes and soaking up the sun.
I have always been a firm believer that the key to staying motivated when it comes to working out is to switch things up.
After the sunny weekend, one thing is clear: Summer is coming fast! I am so excited about the warmer days and wearing my bathing suit more often.
