Being self-employed for almost 3 years now (yay!) has been one of the greatest lessons in life to me personally. I feel like I have grown and learned so much.
This past week has been absolutely amazing and I have basically run around with a huge smile on my face for days.
Mike and I are not really big on celebrating Valentine’s Day. Never have been and probably never will be. We love our date nights throughout the year and since my birthday is tomorrow, I’d rather focus all the celebrating on the 15th than the 14th.
One of my recent posts sparked a bit of a discussion in the comment section. It was a small financial debate.
After an incredibly blissful and relaxing post-fashion-week-weekend (more to come soon!), I am back in Vienna, slept in my own bed and am currently sitting at my desk across from Kathi in our beloved office.

I have to admit, it has been a bit quiet here on the blog since Tuesday. That is because, like most other people, I have decided to stay away from my laptop for Christmas and did all those things I never have time for during the year.
It has been unusually quiet here on the blog this week. That’s because I feel like I have been everywhere, just not home or at my laptop.
Sometimes the smallest things can feel like the biggest luxuries! For example coffee and breakfast in bed. It is something that doesn’t cost any extra money or require a lot of effort, but it is something I never do unless on vacation.
