I think that it is safe to say that this outfit from the weekend in Mallorca was entirely inspired by Gucci and their love for beautiful floral prints this season.

Barely back in Vienna, I already have my first outfit from Mallorca (Majorca) for you guys. Mike and I had a super relaxing 3 days on the island, soaked up tons of sun, slept in late and ate way too much good food.

As I am currently lounging by the pool in Mallorca and still have our trip to Miami to look forward to in September, I’ve spent an awful lot of time researching (and shoppping) bikinis to round up my personal top 5 swimwear brands and discoveries.

Earlier today, I received a newsletter with a subject line that read “#trendingnow patches and pins” and instantly I found myself clicking through to see what they had in store for me.

It feels like I am making progress with my intention to wear more dresses. After the tropical maxi dress, I recently spotted this light blue ruffled summer dress on sale for under 30€.

Do you guys know that special feeling of saving a dress or item for a certain occasion? Taking it out of the closet at regular intervals to try it on with different accessories, just to put it back into hiding a few minutes later.
BEAUTY: sun exposure & protection
Generally speaking, my skin type falls into the category of “easy to get burnt”. Freckles, fair skin and blue eyes don’t necessarily speak for a southern type and I definitely don’t tan easily.

Over the weekend, Mike and I finalized our bookings for a special little get-away in September. It seems crazy even just writing this out, but this year we will be celebrating our 10-year anniversary…
