OUTFIT: the perfect pinstripe shirt
After years of searching for the perfect light blue pinstripe shirt, I literally gave up last year and just came to terms with the fact that it is one of those pieces of clothing that simply doesn’t work for me.

To tell you guys how much I love a good deal would be old news. Many of my designer bags and shoes have been steals I hunted down during sales or at outlet prices, which basically makes spending money twice the fun!
Sometimes, the most unexpected pieces in my wardrobe end up being the biggest love affair. Take this dotted top for example, I bought it last Summer because it was kind of cute, and I thought it would go well with cut-off shorts.
Summer in Vienna is by far my favorite time of the year. It gets super warm, there are so many fun outdoor cafés and places to hang out at, and the city is simply beautiful!
Here’s a confession: Any time I receive an invite that calls for “cocktail attire” I get slightly nervous. My style is usually fairly casual and I definitely wear pants almost 100% of the time.
When it comes to bags and shoes, I love to splurge, but when it comes to my daily outfits, I like to keep things more affordable.
Looking at these pictures, it is hard to believe that just minutes later, Kathi and I were soaking wet, running across the street in pouring rain barefoot to save our shoes (and to prevent obvious health hazards such as breaking our legs).
Take 7 German and Austrian girls, give them a super funny Uber driver and some shopping recommendations, and you’re bound to have a good time!
Even though we’ve already been in Dallas since Thursday, the RewardStyle Conference only just kicked-off last night. While today is all business with brand meetings and class room sessions, last night was all about yummy drinks and amazing party hosted by Stuart Weitzman.
While you guys are well through your day already, we’re just getting up here in Dallas. Yesterday we tried to explore the city a bit, but had a hard time finding our way around, as there is no real town center.
While I am currently somewhere mid-air between Vienna and London, en route to Dallas, I wanted to leave you guys with yesterday’s outfit.
Just last week, I remember going on my evening run and freezing my butt off. I was wearing a long-sleeve thermo top and a wind stopper jacket in sight.
