It has barely been 14 days that I have been back in Vienna after our vacation, but for some reason it feels like our perfect week in Vancouver was ages ago.
To me personally, travel has always been multi-dimensional. It is not simply a beautiful beach, a welcoming hotel or an agenda filled with sightseeing that makes a trip worthwhile.
I am never sure which meal of the day is my favorite. While I am a serious sucker for a good breakfast (preferably in the sun), dinner is the only time I really get to sit down with Mike during the week.
Somewhere between Downtown and Coal Harbour… My love story with Vancouver started back in 2008. Almost 2 years after Mike and I started dating, we booked our first trip to British Columbia to visit his family in Vancouver.
For me, time with my family is the best way to recharge my batteries. No matter where in the world we meet, it is always pure happiness and a time where I forget about emails, to-do lists and all other work-related topics.
Planning a trip to Australia is comparable to sitting in front of a huge pile of laundry (just without that negative vibe of having to do chores).
If you visit Paris, the typical croissant and café au lait is more or less obligatory at some point during your trip, but for most days, I personally prefer a bowl of granola with almond milk, eggs and avocado toast or porridge.
